How to find your building and your corporation number
Every condominium in Ontario is a separate condominium corporation with its own name and number, such as "Middlesex Standard Condominium Corporation No. 505" (MSCC 505). Knowing yours makes it much easier to find information, compare notes with neighbours and fill in forms.
1. Check our building directory
Start with the Your building search on our home page. Type a corporation number, street or city. Each card shows the unit count and links to the corporation's public record.
2. Search the CAO public registry
The Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) keeps a free public registry of condominium corporations. You can search by corporation name, number or address:
A registry record typically shows the corporation's legal name, address, number of units and its current address for service. Corporations file and update this information themselves, so if something looks out of date, raise it with your board.
3. Look at your own documents
Your corporation number also appears on your status certificate, your notices of meetings (AGM packages), your common-expense (condo fee) statements and your parcel register.
Don't see your building?
If your corporation isn't in our directory, or you know of an owners' group we're missing, contact us or email owners@condoownersnetwork.com and we'll look at adding it.
